All rowers and coaches have their own registered login.  Your user name will be the same as your First Class user name.  The first thing you have to do is login to your school First Class email and complete the registration process.  This will enable you to change the initial password.  Take care when setting your password as you will need to share this login with your parents so that they can have access to the website as well.
